Justin T. Collier


Justin Collier is a partner with Collier Redal PLLC. He has been practicing in the Wenatchee Valley since 2006 and has practiced primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law and personal injury. Justin has a wide range of experience in handling misdemeanor criminal offenses ranging from Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to fish and game violations. Further, Justin has handled many family law cases ranging from complex dissolutions with business involved to child custody cases.

He received his B.A. from Central Washington University and J.D. degree from Gonzaga University.

Justin was born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley and came back to the area to start his practice. 

Brandon L. Redal



Brandon is a partner at Collier Redal, PLLC, where his practice has primarily focused on criminal defense work, but has also included personal injury and debtor’s rights representation. Brandon has wide-ranging experience throughout the criminal justice system at the superior, district and juvenile court levels. Brandon has successfully defended cases ranging from homicide and sexual assault to simple theft and minor in possession of alcohol. A native of Moses Lake, Brandon has been practicing in North Central Washington since his graduation from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2004. Brandon is admitted to practice in all state courts in Washington and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his son, CrossFitting, and traveling.



Ryan Smolinsky is an associate attorney at Collier Redal PLLC.  He primarily practices in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, and real estate.  Ryan previously worked for law firms specializing in the civil defense of municipalities and transit companies.  He also has experience in municipal law, civil rights, personal injury, employment law, creditor and debtor rights, and estate planning and probate. 

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.  While in law school, Ryan was Editor-in-Chief of Gonzaga Law Review and was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz National Competition Moot Court team. 

While a transplant from western Washington, Ryan now calls Wenatchee home and enjoys the outdoor activities this area offers.  He is an avid skier, cyclist, and runner.
